8 Oct 2024 — 19 Jan 2025
The exhibition to be presented at the Musée d'Orsay in autumn 2024 takes as its subject the predilection of Gustave Caillebotte (1848-1894) for male figures and portraits of men, and aims to question the radical modernity of the artist's masterpieces through the prism of art history's new look at masculinity in the 19th century.
